As Oregon’s legal marijuana industry evolves with changes from medical shifting to retail dispensaries, more opportunities open for residents and experienced operators from out of state. The state has no cannabis license caps and several competitive local operators that characterize this Pacific Northeastern cannabis market. With relaxed regulations and low lab standards with few requirements, this is a relatively simple state in which to become licensed. After years of falling prices, the Oregon cannabis license market has begun a rebound, particularly with increased COVID sales and new residents to the state seeking fewer cities and more open spaces. Sales were up 40% in 2020 to more than $1 billion and wholesale and retail prices have also increased more than 150%. Oregon has approved multiple changes to the regulation of the cannabis industry for 2022, including doubling allowable purchase as well as permitting home delivery across city and county lines.

Brian and Kalpna at Cannabis License Experts were very pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable regarding licensing. They helped us fill out all the forms needed and guided us through the entire process. I am sure that without their guidance our application would still be in process, or have been dismissed because of some missing information.
