Darrin is co-founder and president of Premium Genetics, a 100% African American, family-owned, and operated cannabis company based in New Jersey. Recently, Premium Genetics was awarded a conditional cultivation license in New Jersey.
Darrin recently joined RIPCO Real Estate as the Director of Cannabis Real Estate focusing on cannabis operator representation. Darrin is an 11-year experienced licensed New Jersey real estate agent, having started his career in residential sales working for Coldwell Banker from 2011 – 2017 and with Keller Williams from 2017 – 2022.
Grant is a seasoned licensing expert, bringing over 5 years of experience in cannabis licensing. As a veteran in cannabis consulting, he has deep market expertise across the United States and each function within the cannabis supply chain. He prides himself on tailoring each application to the unique needs at the intersection of client and target market. He has worked in over 10 states and successfully obtained over 65 cannabis licenses for his clients in part due to his collaborative, consultative approach throughout the process.
Winston Engineering Inc has provided Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering for cannabis-specific buildings since 2017. This includes indoor cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
Haley Glover is the senior security consultant for Sapphire Risk Advisory Group, a security consulting firm that has completed cannabis projects in 35 states since 2013. Since receiving her Alarm Technician License with the Electronic Security Association, Haley has managed security installations in industries including cannabis, jewelry, pawn, and Department of Defense facilities. Haley continues to get involved with strong partners in the cannabis industry and was recently featured on Women Employed in Cannabis to speak on operations, compliance, and supply chain strategies. She has also been awarded “40 Under 40, Class of 2020” by Security Systems News. Most recently, she was a speaker at a New York social equity event, On the Revel, in Yonkers, NY.
Jenna is a cannabis licensing and regulatory specialist bringing 5 years of experience in cannabis licensing and compliance. She has obtained over 100 cannabis licenses of all types with an adaptive strategic approach in how to put together a successful application. She prides herself on forging long lasting relationships with clients to help guide them through the complex regulatory framework to achieve their goals and help keep their businesses compliant.
