North Dakota cannabis license

Market Overview

North Dakota’s medical cannabis legalization came about in 2016 through a ballot initiative. Due to regulatory concerns, the state elected officials delayed the implementation of the medical program unil 2017 when a revised bill was signed into law leading to an application period for facility licenses in 2018. Although previous efforts moving toward adult use legalization have been unsuccessful, some are hopeful that the Governor’s signature on HB1050 will eventually lead to this result. This bill not only reduces penalties heavily for possession of cannabis for those over 21, it also calls on state legislators to study adult use North Dakota cannabis license programs to understand the feasibility of implementation in North Dakota. While smokable cannabis flower is available through North Dakota’s medical program, physicians must recommend that product specifically for patients to access it.

Brian and Kalpna at Cannabis License Experts were very pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable regarding licensing. They helped us fill out all the forms needed and guided us through the entire process. I am sure that without their guidance our application would still be in process, or have been dismissed because of some missing information.
